i Cryptic Crossword 1234 Punk

A fun crossword from Punk that was on the easy side for him, though I can’t claim a time as fast as nmsindy’s!

I struggled at the end with the combination of 5ac and 6d, for no good reason I can see now.

COD? 11ac – ‘A requirement when brewing up trouble (3,5)’.

      Yes, got to be SKIP. Looks to me like the clue’s changed since its publication in the Independent.

    Regular solvers of Paul/ Punk puzzles are so used to seeing rude words I think they missed a theme here: Gordon Ramsay, Slash, Shit (before it got mysteriously cleaned up), Slap & tickle, Strip club, Privy, Come hither, and then the worst swear word of all at 2d/ 29ac! Or was that a red herring?
